BYD\u2019s rise has been driven by scale, vertical integration, and electric vehicle dominance. Unlike many Western rivals, BYD manufactures its own batteries, semiconductors, and key EV components in-house.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This tight control over its supply chain has insulated it from global chip shortages and volatile battery prices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
